Angola Partnership Compact: Strengthening and Valuing Teachers and Improving Student Learning

The Angola Partnership Compact (2025) positions teachers as the central pillar for the transformation of the education system and the improvement of student learning. The document includes a strategic focus on the qualification, accountability, motivation, and recognition of the teaching profession, structuring interventions across four fundamental pillars.
