This Leadership Programme Resource Handbook equips school leaders in Ghana with practical tools to foster inclusive, learning-focused environments. Developed by Ghana Education Service and partners, it emphasizes the link between effective leadership, professional development, and school improvement. Covering systems leadership, shared vision building, school management, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), and performance planning, the handbook supports school leaders in enhancing their leadership skills. Each section includes activities to accompany and develop these learnings.
