This course is an introduction to technology enhanced teaching and learning.
General teaching methods
This course aims to get the best out of the teaching practices from pre-service teachers, in-service teachers and anyone who is eager to contribute to quality education. It has been written by the Teacher Training Education Project, implemented by Enabel and the Ministry of Education and Sports in Uganda.
Introducción al pensamiento computacional
Se considera al pensamiento computacional como la suma de un conjunto de procesos de pensamiento, habilidades y actitudes que brindarán la oportunidad a la infancia y a la juventud de romper con la brecha digital y social existente.

En el nivel profesional se hablará de innovación, y se analizará qué ha cambiado en las metodologías pedagógicas. También se verán casos de éxito y propuestas de aplicación de estas metodologías que pretenden orientar a la identificación de los puntos de mejora, las necesidades y los problemas en el aula.

El objetivo en este curso es trabajar la innovación como competencia de transformación del sistema educativo. Se pone en prática la innovación mediante el desarrollo creativo de aplicaciones tecnológicas.

The use of TPACK in the teaching of history is a commitment to facilitating a better understanding of the subject. The goal is to provide history teachers at the Junior Secondary School level with technology-driven multimedia teaching/learning resources and ideas for their classrooms. It is also a useful tool to get students excited about history. The innovation will combine technology with teaching, and curriculum content. It is a great blend of principle and practice.

Instructional design is the creation of learning experiences and materials in a manner that results in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills. The discipline follows a system of assessing needs, designing a process, developing materials and evaluating their effectiveness.

This is a resource material for African Geography teacher training institutions. The module aims at providing ideas, activities and resources to facilitate effective teaching and learning of Geography.

Physics teaching module (TPACK based)
This module structure is developed with distance learning in mind and emphasizes use of technology in teaching and learning concepts in physics. Each unit seeks to enhance a particular competency or approach through the concepts discussed under that particular unit. It is envisaged that as the trainees complete a particular unit they will not only be proficient in the physics subject content but also in the competency or approach being targeted.

Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) is a new teaching framework that integrates technology, pedagogy and content knowledge. This framework ensures that technology, pedagogy and content are seamlessly integrated in a teaching and learning context. TPCK as a teaching approach ensures that teachers and their learners acquire and apply technological skills relevant to specific contexts. The module demonstrates how teachers can use their technological and pedagogical knowledge to present content and to assign learning and assessment activities to teach different aspects of a subject.

Online Learning Design for Educators Specialization
Specialization offering three courses for educators seeking to improve and expand their repertoire of online teaching skills related to the design, development and delivery of effective and engaging online courses and lessons for school age and adult learners.
