Education for Sustainable Development in Schools in Zimbabwe - A resource book for teachers
This resource book, developed under UNESCO’s Sustainability Starts with Teachers programme, supports science educators in implementing Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in their classes. It features pedagogical images and classroom-ready activities grounded in participatory and action learning. Aligned with Zimbabwe’s competence-based curriculum, the resource promotes transformative teaching, integrates indigenous knowledge, and encourages place-based learning.
