Education trade unions for the teaching profession: Strengthening the capacity of education trade unions to represent teachers' professional needs in social dialogue

This report presents the findings of research undertaken for the ETUCE (European Trade Union Committee for Education) project: Education Trade Unions for the Teaching Profession: Strengthening the capacity of education trade unions to represent teachers’ professional needs in social dialogue. The research is focused on the different ways that education trade unions can support their members by ensuring that their professional needs as educators are met.
